✪ Product information

Vegetable kimchi sauce, 100g large package, used for 2-3kg of vegetables
  •                 📌Step 1: Prepare ingredients:
  • - Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, green onions and chives
  • - Spices: complete kimchi salt seasoning package
  •                📌Step 2: Pre-processing:
  • - Wash carrots, onions, green onions and chives, peel and drain, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • - Remove any leaves that are wilted or bruised on the cabbage's surface and wash the surface.
  • - Drain the pre-processed ingredients and be ready to mix with the seasoning package to make kimchi
  •               📌Step 3: Salt the cabbage
  • - Cut the cabbage into quarters then rub salt into each leaf, from outside to inside, from top to bottom.
  • - Then put it in a bowl and pour water to cover the cabbage.
  • - Soak cabbage in salt water for 2-4 hours to soften and soften the leaves, then rinse 4-5 times with water to remove the salty taste.
  •              📌Step 4: Marinate with spices
  • - Put all the cabbage and other prepared ingredients into the bowl.
  • - Then add the complete kimchi salt seasoning package
  • - Use plastic gloves to mix the ingredients evenly to absorb the spices.
  •             📌Step 5: Put in a jar and preserve:
  • - Put the marinated kimchi in a sealed jar and leave it at room temperature for 3-4 hours so that the kimchi can ferment until the sour taste is just right.
  • - Then store in the refrigerator.
  • - When you need to use it, just take a separate, bite-sized portion. Kimchi stored well can be used for 1 month.

📌 Step 1: Clean the ingredients (Meat, shrimp, chicken wings...). To clean the shrimp, remove the legs and head, use a knife to cut along the back of the shrimp so that the shrimp veins can absorb the seasoning and make it easier to eat.

📌 Step 2: Put the shrimp directly into the hot oil pan to fry (no need to deep fry), just fry the shrimp and then take it out and use later. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic, green chili and onion. (If making meat or chicken wings, skip this step and pour the flour directly into the marinade with onions and ginger)

📌 Step 3: Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in shrimp, add 1 bag of 15g salt and pepper garlic powder, turn up the heat and stir a few times to remove from the pan. (meat and chicken wings fried slowly over low heat until cooked)
